EU clears Deutsche Post US$6.48b takeover of Exel

MoD still facing large overspends

The Ministry of Defence still faces big overspends, despite starting to bring procurement programmes under control, the National Audit Office has revealed.
It said it was unclear whether a fall in cost overruns last year marked the start of a sustained improvement in the MoD’s project management.
